Overview
Solang Valley, 14km from Manali, is Himachal’s adventure hub. In winter it’s a ski resort. In summer it transforms — paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, cable cars, horse rides against the backdrop of snow peaks.

Day Plan
From Jispa or Manali to Solang Valley (14km from Manali). Arrive 9:30–10am.
Book 2–3 activities. Operators at the valley floor. Negotiate upfront. Check HP Tourism approval for paragliding.
Dhabas in the valley serve basic but hot food.
Cafes, gear shops, Hadimba Devi Temple. Return to Jispa by evening.
Be Prepared
November to March for snow activities. May to June for paragliding. Avoid monsoon (July–August).
